Course description:

Chakras are energy centres spread over the whole body. They are also centres activating certain aspects of your life. When working on them you can change your life, your behavior, your personality, your health and many other things. As they are the main door to a lot of natural therapies, Chakras are victims of their own success. We assume many things about Chakras but a few people experience them directly.

With this course, I suggest a new way to approach them. Using your own conscience and listening to yourself. For people who are new to this, I will share my own experience so as to give people the chance to include Chakras to their way of perceiving the human body.
