Course description:

If you want to work on yourself, it is essential to find a way to evaluate how you progress. When following the course creative structures 1 my students can already discover part of this method.

You will learn how to use this technique more in-depth. You will see how you can listen to and perceive your own feelings, your deepest thoughts, your beliefs and how to work on a specific problem. You will also see how you can “listen to” an internal organ, a body function, a bone, a muscle or any other part of the body. You will see how the body can develop independent beliefs and store memories or emotional wounds which can be harmful.

You will also see how the expression brings healing.

To experiment and improve your perceptions, you will work on yourself and in tandem with other participants.
