Course description:

If you want to work on yourself, it is essential to find a way to evaluate how you progress. When following the race Creative structures 1 my students can already discover part of this method.

You will learn how to use this technique more in-dept. You will see how you can listen to and perceive your own feelings, your deep thoughts, your beliefs and how to work on a specific problem. You will also see how you can « to » an internal organ, a body function, a bone, a muscle or any other part of the body. You will see how the body can develop independently beliefs and store memories or emotional sounds which can be harassful.

You will also see how the expression brings healing.

To experience and improve your perceptions, you will work on yourself and in tandem with other participants.
