Course registration

Melanie, who helps me organise my courses, will reply to your queries regarding french courses, however she is not involved in the organisation of my office. If you are a patient, please use the following email address for all your queries: info@portesdeconscience.ch.

If you wish to attend one of my courses but in english, please send me an email. I can easily give all my courses in english but I need to have at least 5 persons interested to start a course.

Once you have subscribed to my newsletter, you will be informed on detailed information on the next french courses planned for the coming months, on any changes or any events coming. You will not receive any spam from me and your private details will remain confidential.

Your registration will only be confirmed upon reception of the full payment of the course fee which can be made on the following account:

Please ensure the payment is received at least 1 month before the start of the course in order to ensure your attendance is taken into account (this also ensures that the course can be maintained). When someone is unsure to attend a course or someone enrolls at the last minute, it impacts on the course being maintained in the calendar or not. I need a minimum of 5-6 people in order to deliver a course; if I do not have enough attendees two weeks prior to the start of a course, the latter is cancelled.

Please send an email to Melanie when your payment is done. This will ensure that you receive an immediate confirmation of your registration.

If the course is cancelled, you will receive a notification one or two weeks prior to the start of the course and you will be refunded in full. If the course is pushed back, you will be sent information on the new date proposed. If you are unable to attend on that new date, your fee will be fully refunded.

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your attendance at least 14 days prior to the starting date, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
  • If you cancel your attendance less than 7 days prior to the starting date, we will keep the full fee. Except if you cancel due to a sudden bereavement, a serious accident or an illness (only with a medical certificate).

Should you need to book a hotel room and/or a train ticket to attend our course, please also let us know and make the booking only we send the course confirmation one or 2 weeks prior to the starting date. Please note that we do not reimburse hotel or train fees should the course be cancelled.
