The concept of chakras comes from ancient India, nearly two thousand years before Jesus Christ, ancient Vedic sacred texts. In concrete terms, the term chakra means « wheel » Sanskrit. In the Veda, these ancient sacred texts, it is indicated that the body of man includes nearly 88,000 chakras.
Western therapies usually cover only 7 chakras, which they usually describe as « Main ». These chakras reside on a central channel, in the middle of the body, which conveys some energy.
After studying the subject for more than twenty years, I think we need to change our view of the chakras, both in relation to the ancient Hindu knowledge, but also in relation to beliefs. « mainstream » which can be found in books, in therapy courses or on the Internet.
So I will offer you a non-exhaustive summary of my knowledge of chakras, acquired not by following the usual beliefs, but by studying the subject without beliefs, without a priori, questioning everything that is usually supposed.
In my therapy work and thanks to my therapeutic tools, but also thanks to all the therapy sessions I have followed in other therapists, I have developed many capacities: vision, clear-sightedness and clear-sightedness. I can see people's previous lives, past trauma, beliefs, hereditary factors. I often use the technique of family constellations to focus on an element, it allows me to get an ideal state of concentration. This is why I was able to observe the chakras differently.
My comments on the chakras
We have a lot more chakras than the 7 main ones – I'm not, however, 88,000!
There are intermediate chakras, between the main chakras I name: chakra coccyx, belly chakra, chakra identity, thymus, pituitary, brain center, cortex. These chakras are located on the central axis of the body, next to the main chakras that are – And I quote them for the profane: the basic chakra, sacred, plexus, heart, throat, third eye and coronal.
Intermediate chakras are of equal importance to others, they are no less important.
Then there are secondary chakras in the limbs but also in the ears and eyes. These are double, one for the left side, another for the right. They control the abilities of members or senses.
All chakras are energy engines, in the sense that they use universal subtle energy to create a more specific type of energy. This energy probably comes from the central channel, this kind of pipe on the central axis that is both connected to the Earth and to the energy of matter, and above to the world of energies. In general, I avoid using the terms earth and sky that are too imperfect to really express what it is.
The basic chakra, for example, (it is located outside the body, under the coccyx) uses the energy of the central channel to create an energy of security, maternal love, strength, inner strength. When we are sick, the basic chakra tends to close, to block and we feel empty of all energy, as powerless. But psychological, hereditary, karmic factors, beliefs, injuries, traumas, can also block the basic chakra and create this feeling of impotence, lack of energy, even when you are not sick.
To give another example, the belly chakra uses the energy of the central channel to create an energy of digestion, of transformation that allows us to transmut our emotions, our thoughts, our energies, our experience. The heart chakra does the same to create love energies.
It is observed that a chakra has a central dimension, a nucleus, but also a front and rear dimension, all forming an energy ball. So I don't see the chakras as Hindus who draw them like flowers that spin with a central pipe that connects to a core. Nor do I see any specific color dedicated to a chakra. But I do see that energy seems to be turning inside this ball.
The belly chakra is a very important chakra for digestion, even vital, and it is often wrong to rebalance the plexus chakra or sacred chakra to help someone digest better. Ignoring the belly chakra often leads to therapeutic failures. It is therefore important to treat him at the same time as others.
This chakra has, like the others, a rear, central and front dimension. And the potential or if you prefer, the power of the chakra, is different depending on these three dimensions. The front of the chakra allows « Transmuting the Future » : you know, thanks to him, to act on your future. The centre allows you to transmut the present and thereby digest the things you are experiencing. It also brings inner calm and helps with back support. When our back collapses, we lack support and we carry too much psychological stuff. « on our backs ». The belly chakra allows to bring energy to support our back and therefore to our life. Finally the back of the belly chakra allows to transmut our past and the consequences of our past.
Now you see how much one chakra is rich in potential and capacity.
To heal a chakra well, one must therefore take care of its three dimensions.
Every chakra is indispensable. The basic chakra manages security, life force, deep well-being; Chakra coccyx: verticality, pride, ability to bounce; sacred chakra: pleasure, abundance, letting go, sharing, sexuality; the plexus chakra: movement, action, the fact of moving forward, perseverance... I can't list all of you here unfortunately.
Some chakras do not work well, they can be blocked, closed, torn; fragments can be lost. Our previous lives are mostly responsible for these problems, but sometimes it is at the present moment, in this life, that we have blocked them. The trauma we experience affects our chakras as they affect our soul, brain or cells. The beliefs we have can block chakras.
Our chakras are slightly under the control of our conscious, so we can act on them with our will, but we do not realize it. Which means that most of the time, it's our unconscious who controls them. When we want to go very hard forward and force an obstacle, we will immediately increase the power of our plexus chakra, as we accelerate in a car. The chakra will then radiate further and stronger, to throat energy as our brain throats with blood, when we think very hard. But if it lasts very long, it unbalances the other chakras.
When we believe very strongly in something, for example in our impotence and our thinking is full of phrases like: « I never get anything, I can't solve this problem, I'm not strong enough to heal, I'm not good enough to be loved, I would never be safe, I can't count on anyone », then we create blockages in some chakras. They close and no longer channel energy or they malfunction and no longer create the right energy in our lives. Some chakras can thus create insecurity instead of security, weakness instead of force and we will experience states of anxiety, sabotage, insecurity.
Conscious work to remove negative beliefs is therefore very important to free our chakras from their influence, but it is a long and tedious job when we do not have fast systems at its disposal. It is this speed that I offer to my students in my online chakra class or to my patients during my sessions. It is possible to quickly and completely clean a chakra with my corrections, so that it can again be a healthy engine in our lives. Many things can be achieved: physical healing, emotional or mental appeasement, more energy, more success in life, and many useful changes and transformations.
I have already mentioned, a chakra can be closed: in this case, energy no longer flows in it and it also flows less in the chakras that are next door – imagine locks. It is therefore useful to know how to open its chakras. A closed chakra has a psychological counterpart: some people are closed in their minds, stopped, refusing new ideas, we will observe in them that the chakra of the third eye and the center of the brain are also closed.
Others refuse pleasure, they are too controlling for fear of gaining weight or doing harm, their sacred chakra will therefore close and block their ability to enjoy and enjoy themselves. Our chakras follow our psychological attitudes that follow our conditioning, education, beliefs and life wounds. When we heal this, when we decondition ourselves, our chakras also heal.
A chakra can also radiate and pulsate: this radiation is often perceptible by others and it alters our aura, our subtle bodies. There is therefore a direct interaction between our chakras and our subtle bodies and this radiation will be perceptible by others. It will then be said that a person radiates love, or health, or sensual energy or animal energy...
You can see that the study of chakras is an exciting study!
And very rich from the point of view of personal development: we can understand, thanks to their observation, the finesses of our psychology, our emotional and physical tendencies and where our recurring problems of life come from.
It's a self-exploration worth doing!
