You want to find a job that suits you better, you want to transform or unblock your professional life, you want to be recognized to your fair value, you need to change your way of living work on a daily basis? This course is for you.

Step 1: Identification of problems and needs

After a first solo or group work, we will jointly identify your primary needs. You may not know exactly what you need. It is possible that you drew a line on your dreams a long time ago and that you dare not want more. This initial work will show me how you create your life, how you succeed in what you are doing, if you have will, courage and if your beliefs do not block your eyes on yourself or the labour market too much.

The corrections will allow you to unlock the strength of your desire and creation and determine your real needs.

Step 2: Get out of impotence

Listen to yourself think or talk! Do you often hear the words: « It won't work, I can't (...), I don't have to (...), yes but, I can't do anything, anyway life is done this way, life is hard, I'm not up to it, I'm not enough (...) »?

Have you lost courage or confidence in Life?

In this step, we will clean up everything that prevents you from being willing and courageous and creating the exact life you want to have. We're going to destroy impotence together.

Step 3: Identification of professional problems

Everyone believes they have obstacles of their own. However, it is easy to discover constants: sabotage, lack of will, fears, memory of past failures, inherited problems, problems of couple, family problems, beliefs that hinder freedom, trauma, repetitive patterns that lead to less freedom, security or passion, problems of recognition, betrayals, problems of learning, centering, anchoring ...

Together we will work on these constants and your specific problems if there are any. My corrections will help you remove all these obstacles and you will be able to see for yourself, already during the course, your state of mind change.

Step 4: New life, new decisions

At the end of the course, we will discuss together the power of decisions and find out what decisions you need to make to create a better professional future.

Until a year and a half ago, I had a position that was very close to my heart in university research. This doctoral research was my baby and I spent all my energy, my weekends, some of my nights. Of course, I saw my friends less often and my ex-spouse complained about seeing me very little, especially since I had to work next door to earn a little money (despite the help of my parents and ex-spouse) while waiting to receive research funds. Nothing equalled the exaltation of being at the tip of a subject, of discovering what no one had yet discovered, it was more passionate than anything, it was thrilling! Then suddenly, the funds hoped for did not arrive and I was completely exhausted. I was urged to drop the search.

From an external point of view, you might think that's a good thing, that's what I'm saying today, but on the spot and for a few months, it totally broke me. A month after I left this job, I participated in Marc's course on the transformation of working life, it couldn't be better, life is really well done! We then talked about what would be the job of our dreams, especially in terms of value, what it brings us and what prevents us from getting it: our limits, our obsessions, our fears, our conditioning, but also how to be chosen for this work. We then made many corrections to promote the realization of our dreams. As far as I'm concerned, I wanted a job that I'm passionate about, in which I'd have fun, security, sharing, the opportunity to do Mindfulness, to develop and evolve in this activity, to have time for me and to read, if possible less than 20 minutes from home and by earning CHF 6,000 net/month minimum. It was ideal of what I would have wanted. A few months later, that's exactly what happened with even a few extra bonuses ♥...
