Make the payment 1 month before the course. This ensures your place but also the course itself. Last minute registrations, attentists or lukewarm people endanger the chances of a course taking place. One to two weeks before the course, if I don't have enough enrolment (depending on courses, minima and maxima vary, but in general I don't give the course to less than 5-6 people), the course is cancelled.
Let me know as soon as the payment has been made. An electronic copy of your payment will allow you to receive immediate confirmation.
If the course cannot take place you will be notified within the week or two weeks before the course. If the course is cancelled, you will be returned to the whole of your registration finance. If the course is postponed you will be informed of the next proposed date and if it does not suit you, your registration finance will be returned to you.
Cancellation conditions:
- If you cancel your participation less than 14 days before the course, 50% of the registration finance will be returned to you.
- If you cancel your participation less than 7 days before, nothing is returned to you.
An exception is made if a sudden death occurs, a serious accident occurred at the last moment or due to illness, but a medical certificate will be required.
If you need to book and pay for a hotel in the area/train ticket to attend the course, check in and make your reservation only when we confirm that the course is taking place. We do not reimburse accommodation or travel expenses in case of cancellation of the course.
