Beyond your beliefs: truth and magic

The truth, usually it is the facts, the facts of our experiences, especially those that always repeat themselves, for example: the sun rises to the east.

Sometimes you think something is the truth, but you can find out that it's not: the earth is flat.

And then there are the unlikely facts that we refuse to consider as truth: walking on embers.

Yet we are very often witnessing small miracles in our lives: miracles of healing, miracles of magicians, miracles of athletes, miracles of science. And so we have to adapt our beliefs. For it is our beliefs that unfortunately define the boundary between possible and impossible.

By releasing your consciousness and thinking from beliefs, these annoying little programs, you will discover that many things are possible. I, for example, had a foot finger shortened by the spiritual entities of a Brazilian healer. And then I was operated multiple times with excellent results by a Philippine healer who could put his fingers in people's bodies without pain or anesthesia.

Too often we believe that we have to believe in order to live exceptional things. In fact, we must not believe. « Don't believe that we can't » for example, or « not to believe that this is not possible ».

Could I have been helped by these healers if my beliefs had dictated my conduct, if they had forced me to ignore these possibilities, to judge them impossible? Certainly not. The first aspect, therefore, of beliefs, is that they will dictate our conduct, block or direct our actions by the force of our thoughts and emotions.

The second aspect of the beliefs is that of elementary bricks, of thought or of creation. Belief « I suck » or « I can't change that » orient your life, your experiences in such a way that they are always true. To perceive this, I will try to make you do a little experiment. The experience being your best asset, nothing is worth a little exercise to understand what I mean.

First I have to teach you how to erase. Because, YES, it is possible to erase your beliefs, as you erase a program on your computer. It's very easy. Just try.

Try to think like this: you are the master of your body and your energy, you are a soul and a consciousness and you can create or de-create. Of course, you have been conditioned (heredity, society) to believe that you were powerless or unable to change, change or erase what you dislike. But this is not true, they are still beliefs. Here is a first exercise that will allow you to regain your true power. I suggest that you say aloud, with a sincere desire for it to work, the following sentence: « I erase all beliefs of all types that make me believe that I am nothing, that I am not powerful, that I cannot change, that I cannot control myself, help or transform as I wish, that I cannot erase and erase all my beliefs of this type wherever they exist ».

Perfect. You learned to erase. You'll laugh because in fact, it's a very old tool, a tool you know. Usually you call it forgotten. Your limitation is to believe that it is an unconscious process while, in fact, it can be used consciously.

Exercise to free your mind

The mind is a great tool but in general it must be recognized that we think too much. Most people are not able to stop their thoughts voluntarily for a minute. Try to see. Put on a chronometer and try not to think as long as possible. As soon as a thought arises, stop the chronometer. You will see: we have much less control over our mind than on our body! It is much easier to prevent eating, peeing or sleeping.

Why is it so? Have you ever thought about it?
I will propose an exercise to give you more control over your mind while showing you that the main cause of this bug is to be sought in our beliefs.

Say aloud: « I have to believe » and listen if it sounds true or false. The false is an absolute, is 0; the true is a gradation from 1 to 10. Then say also « I have to think », « I have to think all the time », « I have to think. », « I always have to think ». And record your results.

You can measure your conditioning, because it is a family and social conditioning and nothing else.

To free yourself from it, say aloud: « I erase all my beliefs and conceptions that I have to think about all the time, that I have to believe, that I have to think about all the time, that I have to do it, that I have to do it, that it is always necessary, that these are my best tools, that there is nothing better, that I have no choice, that I can't stop my mind and my thought, that thinking constantly is man's own and I erase all this and all similar beliefs wherever it is necessary to free myself from these conditionings. »

What do you care? Do you feel anything? Relax? Confusion? Lightness? Joy? It works. Let this moment of process pass and then see if you can better control your mind. Accept the other beliefs that are within you about this and erase them with a similar sentence. Do it all day.

The next day, test yourself again with the sentences: « I have to believe, think or think » and check their level of truth without looking at your results from the day before. If these levels went down, something happened. After that, just take advantage of this mental relaxation to discover that the mind is not the quintessence of our being but only a tool, a tool to perceive the world and not to control it.
