To be able to work on oneself it is essential to find a means of evaluation. Following the course Creative structures 1, my students can already discover part of this method.

We will learn to use this method in more depth. We will see how one can listen to and perceive one's emotions, deep thoughts, beliefs and how to work on a specific problem. But we will also see how we can « Listen » an internal organ, body function, bone, muscle or any other part of the body. We will see how the organism can develop independent beliefs and store memories or emotional injuries that cause malfunction.

We will also see how the expression brings healing.

To experience and improve your perceptions you will work on yourself but also two by two, in tandem.
